And come to the Davies Center on February 15th anytime between 7am and 8pm to register, then vote in the election!

Your Blugold ID is Wisconsin Voter ID compliant and will allow you to register to vote in Eau Claire County!
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
I am already registered to vote in my hometown/Homestate. Can I still register to vote here?
YES!
Just come to the Davies Center on February 15th anytime from 7am-8pm! When you register to vote here in Eau Claire, it will cancel any previous registration made.
If I am from Minnesota, or another state other than wisconsin, Am I still eligible to vote for Matthew?
YES!
As long as you have lived in the dorms here in District 18 for more than 28 consecutive days, you are eligible to register to vote here in Wisconsin! And don't worry, this DOES NOT mean you have to have had lived for 28 days straight in the University Dorms. Going home for a weekend or the whole winterim does not disqualify you.
I Just TRANSFERRED here for the spring semester. will I be eligible to vote?
Yes and No...
Unfortunately, for the Primary Election on february 15th, you will have not lived long enough on campus to be eligible. HOWEVER, you will be eligible to vote in the general election on April 5th.
After the Spring election, can I change my registration back to my hometown/homestate or somewhere else?
YES!
If you wish to change your voter registration back from District 18 to your hometown, homestate, or to another location within Eau Claire, you certainly can. All you have to do is go to myvote.wi.gov, or to your states voter registration website to change it back. And, it's pretty easy to do.
